"The Death of Dende... Come Forth! Intense, Full-Force Power" is the eighty-fourth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. Synopsis
Now that Freeza has reached his final form, his power frightens Piccolo and the others before they even fight. Freeza's finger briefly glows, and the next instant a beam hits Dende head-on! Dende has been killed! Freeza had realized that Dende possessed restorative powers. Piccolo and the others' attacks are ineffective, but Vegeta is full of confidence. Supposedly a Super Saiyan, Vegeta challenges Freeza to battle. But Freeza holds Vegeta at bay...
