Akane Kimidori (木緑あかね)
A former delinquent school girl, she became friends with Arale and somewhat reformed. She still has a strong dislike for anything school-related. Although you cannot really tell in Dragon Ball, she is dating Tsukutsun at this point. |

Aoi Kimidori (木緑 葵)
Akane's older sister, she runs Penguin Village's local coffee joint. She is great at brewing coffee, but an unbelievably awful driver. Because of this she gets into an accident every time she drives, and people hate to ride with her. |

Bespectacled Pig (メガネブタ)
A resident of Penguin Village, he is a pig whose job is to announce the time. He is the first Dr. Slump character to appear in Dragon Ball as he announces that, "It's afternoon in Penguin Village". |

Daigorō Kurigashira (栗頭大五郎)
Arale and co.'s big-headed school teacher, he has somewhat harsh views on student discipline, and head-butts his students when they act up. He appears very briefly in Dragon Ball, just long enough to give the V-sign in the background. |
