Brief is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. Brief makes his debut in chapter 69, published in the 1986 #19 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.

Brief's name is a pun on briefs, an article of underwear.[1]
