Lan-Fan is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. Lan-Fan makes her debut in chapter 35, published in the 1985 #35 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Biography

When the finalists for the 21st Tenka'ichi Budōkai gather before the competition begins, Jackie Chun approaches Lan-Fan and tries to talk to her.
