"As Quietly As the Sky" is the one hundred and twenty-eighth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 28 September 1988, receiving a ratings share of 18.9%. It was written by Keiji Terui and directed by Mitsuo Hashimoto.

Synopsis

After failing the Goro-Goro Mountains training, Popo gives Goku a different training task. Sent to an unknown land, Goku is saved by the Mouse family, and learns of the strong man Yaochun, said to be able to dodge lightning. In order to meet this Yaochun, Goku is taken into the woods by the grandpa of the family, but ultimately doesn't meet him. After meeting the grandfather again, Goku learns to clear his mind and nature as he fishes according to the old man's instructions.
