Mister Bei-Bei is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. He makes his debut in chapter 34, published in the 1985 #34 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump, as a contestant in the 21st Tenka'ichi Budōkai's qualifying rounds.
