"Training Completed! Does Goku have the Composure to Defeat Cell?!" is the eighty-fourth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Kai. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 05 April 2009, receiving a ratings share of 9.1%.
Synopsis
The world falls into panic as people clamor to take refuge from Cell! At Capsule Corporation's laboratory, Bulma and her father repair No. 16. Goku emerges with Gohan from the Room of Spirit and Time, and after hearing of the Cell Games from Trunks and the others, he teleports to Cell, who is waiting at the tournament grounds. He then returns after confirming Cell's power-up, and announces that he will train with Gohan in the lower realm for the next nine days. Vegeta and the others are astonished! After Goku and Gohan emerge from the Room of Time and Spirit, which they can enter for one more day, they leave Vegeta and the others dumbstruck as they head for Karin Tower. There Goku displays half of his power, but even then Karin thinks that Cell's is greater. But Goku accepts this with a laugh, and heads to Kame House to meet Chi-Chi.
