The Ginyu Special Force is an elite team of henchmen serving under Freeza.

The Ginyu Special Force takes its name from its leader, Captain Ginyu himself, and tacking on the 特戦隊 (Tokusentai) descriptor:

Ginyu (ギニュー)
Ginyu is the captain of the mercenary force bearing his name and its most powerful member.[2] His special skill is Body Change, and his iconic horned form is not his original body.[3][4][5] When Son Goku overpowers him, Ginyu steals his body, but he is unable to control it well enough to defeat Vegeta. He then attempts to steal Vegeta's body, but Goku (in Ginyu's body) intercepts the connection, regaining his own body. When Ginyu tries again to take Vegeta's body, Goku tosses a frog in his path.[6] Ginyu lives as a frog for nearly two decades until he manages to steal the body of Tagoma, one of Freeza's new soldiers, but he is killed shortly thereafter by Vegeta.[7] |
