"Uhohōi! Arale Boards the Cloud" is the fifty-sixth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 25 March 1987, receiving a ratings share of 29.2%. It was written by Toshiki Inoue and directed by Kazuhisa Takeno'uchi.
Synopsis
Arale, the girl Goku meets in Penguin Village, is a mysterious young girl who can run at super speed, and even ride the Kinto-Un. The village's police force, consisting of Taro and the others, attempt to capture Blue of the Red Ribbon Army, but they can't scratch him! The Dragan Radar is malfunctioning, and Goku cannot pinpoint the position of the Dragon Balls. At a loss, Goku takes Arale's advice and visits Dr. Senbe, who just might be able to fix the Dragon Radar!!

The opening song "Mystical Adventure!" is performed by Hiroki Takahashi, and the ending song "I'll Give You Romance" is performed by Ushio Hashimoto. Two of the Dr. Slump tunes are variations on the anime's first opening song, "Wai Wai World".
