"In High Spirits! Boo-Boo Volleyball!" is the hundred and fortieth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Kai. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 01 February 2015, receiving a ratings share of 6.9%.
Synopsis
Now completely enraged at Boo for eating his friends, Gotenks wildly attacks him. The two's fierce battle destroys God's Temple, sending Piccolo into a frenzy. Boo attacks at super speed, but Gotenks seals Boo within a ring of Rapid-Fire Super Donuts, making him into a ball. He then combos with Piccolo to smash the Boo-ball down to the Earth's surface like a volleyball. Gotenks is beaming with pride at his own strength, but Boo shrugs off Gotenks' severe attack like it was nothing. Gotenks then continuously fires powerful energy bullets at Boo. But Boo counterattacks, and not one to lose, Gotenks returns fire. As Gotenks is about to finish off Boo, his time runs out and he returns to normal Gotenks from Super Saiyan 3.

The music in this episode is exactly the same as in its international counterpart, Dragon Ball Z Kai Episode 147, with the exception of the recap, opening, ending, and preview music. The episode title card and eyecatch music are based on the international opening "Fight It Out!!".
