"A One Time Only Miracle... Will the Super Combination of Goku and That Person Succeed?" is the one hundred and forty-fifth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Kai. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 22 March 2015, receiving a ratings share of 5.6%.
Synopsis
After saving Gohan, Goku throws him a Potara, but Gohan misses it. Boo catches Gohan off-guard and absorbs him. With Gohan having been absorbed by Boo, Goku is in a great pinch. At that time, a gigantic ki appears on Earth and Goku teleports to it. The ki turns out to belong to Vegeta. Goku begs Vegeta to merge with him through the Potara, but Vegeta refuses. The two fight Boo with all they've got, but are no match for Boo's strength. Goku informs Vegeta that Boo absorbed Trunks and the others. Vegeta then resolves to merge with Goku, and through the power of the Potara, the ultimate warrior Vegetto is born!!

The music in this episode is exactly the same as in its international counterpart, Dragon Ball Z Kai Episode 152, with the exception of the recap, opening, ending, and preview music. The episode title card and eyecatch music are based on the international opening "Fight It Out!!".
