Moa is a minor fictional character in the Dragon Ball universe by Akira Toriyama. He was a soldier or servant in the employ of Paragus on New Planet Vegeta. He was introduced in Dragon Ball Z Movie 8 written by Takao Koyama.

Biography

Almost nothing is known about Moa. He was present on New Planet Vegeta while Paragus talked to himself about the imminent arrival of Comet Gumori. Moa questioned him about it, seemingly excited that he could serve Paragus after they conquer Earth, but Paragus merely kills him for his trouble.
