Pui-Pui is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball manga series by Akira Toriyama. Pui-Pui makes his debut in chapter 446, published in the 1993 #49 issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Biography
Pui-Pui hails from Planet Zun, where the gravity is ten times that of Earth.[2] At some point, the Dark Mage Bobbidi recruits him by magically manipulating the evil in his heart.
In Age 774,[1] Bobbidi is hoping to revive Majin Boo, but needs a lot of energy to do so. He sends Yamu and Spopovitch out to collect as much as they can, and when they return, he kills Spopovitch before telling Pui-Pui to finish off Yamu. The two were followed by the East Kaiōshin and several others, and Bobbidi wants to lure them into his spaceship. Pui-Pui is delighted to hear he will be fighting on Stage One.[3]
To his bewilderment, his opponents choose not to gang up on him, but instead play Rock-Paper-Scissors to decide who will fight. The winner is Vegeta, who kicks Pui-Pui around like it is nothing. Bobbidi magically transports them to Planet Zun, hoping to give Pui-Pui the advantage, but Vegeta is used to far higher amounts of gravity and has no trouble blowing Pui-Pui to smithereens.[2]

In Dragon Ball Z, Pui-Pui is played by Takuya Matsumaru,[4] who began using the stage name Tomohisa Asō in early 1994,[5] and was credited as such in Dragon Ball Kai.[6] In Dragon Ball GT, Pui-Pui is played by Shinobu Satōchi.[7]
