The following characters appear in Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball manga series in its original Weekly Shōnen Jump serialization.
| Bobbidi (バビディ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 446 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 220 Japanese VA: Jōji Yanami (Z, GT), Bin Shimada (Kai, Daima) The Dark Mage Bobbidi makes it his mission to revive the sealed-up Majin Boo, so that he can rule the cosmos using Boo's overwhelming power. Bobbidi turns people into his henchmen by magically manipulating the evil in their hearts, and then has them gather the required energy to revive Boo. Though this happens successfully, Bobbidi also meets his demise at Boo's hands. |
| Dabra (ダーブラ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 446 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 220 Japanese VA: Ryūzaburō Ōtomo Bobbidi's magic is so powerful that he can bring even the King of the Demon Realm under his control. Dabra serves him loyally up until Majin Boo's revival, after which he feels it is necessary to stop Boo before he betrays Bobbidi. His attempts are futile, however; Boo turns him into a cookie and eats him. |
| Majin Boo (魔人ブウ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 460 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 232 Japanese VA: Kōzō Shioya A magical entity with many unusual powers, such as the ability to turn people into food. Majin Boo takes on many different forms as he absorbs victims into himself, and ends up splitting into an innocent Boo and a malicious Boo. The evil incarnation gets eradicated, while the other lives in peace with Mister Satan. |
| Pui-Pui (プイプイ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 446 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 220 Japanese VA: Takuya Matsumaru (Z, Kai (as Tomohisa Asō)), Shinobu Satōchi (GT) Hailing from Planet Zun, Pui-Pui fights Vegeta in Bobbidi's ship. To give Pui-Pui an advantage in battle, Bobbidi magically transports him and his opponent to Zun, where the gravity is ten times that of Earth. Vegeta is used to training at hundreds of times Earth's gravity, though, and disposes of Pui-Pui with ease. |
| Spopovitch (スポポビッチ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 438 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 214 Japanese VA: Hisao Egawa Spopovitch is a martial artist who gets taken over by Bobbidi. He takes his time beating up Videl at the 25th Tenka'ichi Budōkai before Yamu tells him to get the match over with, so they can focus on their objective — collecting energy in order to revive Majin Boo. |
| Vegeta (ベジータ) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 204 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 5 Japanese VA: Ryō Horikawa Vegeta lets himself fall under Bobbidi's spell, though he refuses to obey his commands. He merely wants the same power boost Yamu and Spopovitch received, to catch up to Goku's level. |
| Yakon (ヤコン) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 450 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 222 Japanese VA: Yoshiyuki Kōno Yakon is a magical beast (魔獣 Majū) from the Planet of Darkness who eats light. As such, when Son Goku turns Super Saiyan against him, Yakon consumes his bright aura as a tasty treat. He cannot handle the burst of energy Goku brings forth upon going beyond Super Saiyan, though. |
| Yamu (ヤムー) Debut: Dragon Ball Chapter 438 / Dragon Ball Z Episode 214 Japanese VA: Naoki Tatsuta (Z), Yasuhiro Takato (Kai) Yamu enters the 25th Tenka'ichi Budōkai alongside Spopovitch in order to drain the energy of powerful fighters, so that they can help their master Bobbidi revive Majin Boo. Bobbidi gladly takes the energy they end up collecting, but also kills Spopovitch and has Pui-Pui finish off Yamu. |

Bibbidi (ビビディ) Debut: Dragon Ball Z Episode 277 Japanese VA: Isamu Tanonaka (Z), Naoki Tatsuta (Kai) Bobbidi's father Bibbidi uses Majin Boo's power to wreak havoc in the universe, and seals him up whenever he considers it necessary. He leaves Boo inside a cocoon on Earth, his next target, but the East Kaiōshin kills Bibbidi before he can unleash Boo again. |
