Due to the excessive use of the Dragon Balls throughout the series, the balls themselves have cracked, leading to the emergence of a black dragon in place of Shen Long who gives life to the seven Evil Dragons.[35] According to Mister Popo, long ago the Black Smoke Dragon (here referred to as "Evil Dragon") appeared on another planet, the planet was destroyed, and the entire cosmos surrounding that planet was wiped out.[36]

Yi Xing Long (一星龍)

The strongest of the Evil Dragons, wielding power equal to that of Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 4 form. He is ruthless and defeats his comrade, Si Xing Long, without hesitation. By absorbing all seven Dragon Balls into his body, he powers up into "Super Yi Xing Long". In this form, he is well-matched against Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, but falls to Goku's Ultra Genki Dama. Among other techniques, Yi Xing Long has the Power Ball in his arsenal.[1]

Wish: Yi Xing Long is born from the wish resurrecting those killed by Freeza.[37][note 1]

Liang Xing Long (二星龍)
