The strongest of the Evil Dragons, wielding power equal to that of Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 4 form. He is ruthless and defeats his comrade, Si Xing Long, without hesitation. By absorbing all seven Dragon Balls into his body, he powers up into "Super Yi Xing Long". In this form, he is well-matched against Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, but falls to Goku's Ultra Genki Dama. Among other techniques, Yi Xing Long has the Power Ball in his arsenal.[1] |
