"Faster Than Lightning!!" is the one hundred and twenty-seventh episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 21 September 1988, receiving a ratings share of 17.3%. It was written by Yoshiyuki Suga and directed by Yoshihiro Ueda.
Synopsis
Goku piles on training in the Heavenly Realm. After Goku asks to receive the same training that Popo did long ago, Popo gives him the task of taking the sacred crown from the Goro-Goro Mountains. Goku arrives at the Goro-Goro Mountains and obtains the crown, but just as he does so, he is struck by lightning and falls down the mountain! Goku is saved by a girl named Chu Lee. Goku learns from her how to see things with his heart, and he challenges the Goro-Goro Mountains once again! But he ends up failing just as he's a step away from success...
