Liquir is a fictional character in the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Super and its companion manga series written by Toyotarō. Liquir makes his debut in Dragon Ball Super Episode 78, broadcast on 12 February 2017 on Fuji TV, as the God of Destruction of Universe Eight.
Biography
Liquir lives to fix defects in his Kaiōshin's plans, and strictly destroys anyone who lowers their universe's level by not admitting to defects in plans.[2]
Tournament of Power
Liquir learns that his universe is exempt from the Tournament of Power when he attends the Zen Exhibition Match with Korn and Il, the Angel and Kaiōshin of Universe Eight.[3]
