Doru Money is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball universe by Akira Toriyama. He is the spoiled son of one of the wealthiest men in the world. It was because of his desire to see his hero Mister Satan compete in the largest competition in the world, his father bankrolled the Tenka'ichi Dai Budō Taikai. His only appearance is in Dragon Ball Z Movie 9, written by Takao Koyama.

Biography

Doru Money is a young child, born the same year as Son Gohan and Videl. By Age 767, he became a fan of Mister Satan and desired to see him compete in another tournament after the Cell Games. He was given such a tournament as a present for his tenth birthday. Unfortunately, his tournament was infiltrated by Bojack and his gang and was never run to conclusion. Doru Money and his family survived the tournament but nothing further has been revealed about the character.

Name

Doru Money's name, like that of his family, relates to them being very wealthy. His name in Japanese is the word doru (ドル) for dollar.
