Majin Doo is a fictional character in the Dragon Ball universe, introduced in the Dragon Ball Daima television series. Majin Doo is first seen in Dragon Ball Daima episode 11, which debuted 20 December 2024 on Fuji TV.

Biography

During the events of the battle with Majin Boo on Earth, Doctor Arinsu, an ambitious scientist from the Demon Realm, manages to collect a piece of Boo. She takes it to the Great Witch Marba, who Arinsu believes created Majin Boo in the first place, and wants her to concoct a new Majin.[1] The use of a Saibaiman seed as a base, with various monsters mixed in along with the essence of Majin Boo, results in the creation of Majin Koo. Arinsu wants to test him out by having him fight Tamagami Number One,[2] but Koo cannot win,[3] so Arinsu has Marba make her another fighter. The Saibaiman seed is planted deeper this time, and Majin Doo emerges.

Doo greets everyone with an "N'cha!" [a] and says he wants chocolate, so Majin Koo makes a quick run to the convenience store. Doctor Arinsu has Doo fight the Tamagami,[4] and though he puts up a better fight than Koo did, he also stops in the middle of the battle to ask for chocolate. Koo runs off to go get some, while the Tamagami keeps attacking Doo. When Koo returns with chocolate, Doo's spirits raise and he keeps fighting until the Tamagami gives up. It has another challenge for him, though — mental arithmetic. Doo is no good at this, but Koo mumbles a number to him and he repeats it to the Tamagami. It is the correct answer, and the Tamagami hands over the Dragon Ball it was guarding.[5]

The other two Tamagami have been beaten by Son Goku and company, who are now after the third Dragon Ball. Arinsu proposes a fight to determine who gets to have all three, so Majin Doo fights Son Goku for a bit. The Great Demon King Gomah shows up, however, who has gained the power of the Evil Third Eye. He starts fighting Goku and his friends, and Arinsu, who hopes to become the Great Demon King herself, tells Koo and Doo to help them out.[6] Koo and Doo are impressed when Goku starts fighting in his Super Saiyan 3 form, and Koo thinks Doo can power up like that as well. He tosses him a gigantic chocolate cookie, and Doo grows protrusions out of his head that resemble Super Saiyan 3 hair. His power-up does not last long, though, and Gomah continues to overpower everyone.[7]

Arinsu consults the Book of Magic Items and discovers how the Evil Third Eye can be removed from Gomah's forehead; he must be hit in the back of the head three times in a row.[8] Son Goku creates an opening for his friend Piccolo to attempt this, but Gomah swats him away after being hit only two times. Gomah electrifies his battle arena, which sends everyone flying. Koo, still holding the magic book, finds himself falling towards the back of Gomah's head, and hits him with the book three times. The Evil Third Eye pops out, and Gomah loses his power. Having been the one to defeat the Great Demon King, Majin Koo becomes the new Great Demon King. He chooses Doctor Arinsu as his Vice Demon King, and makes Majin Doo a minister. As Son Goku and the others depart, Koo asks them to come save them if they ever get in trouble again.[9]
