Biography
Harmira uses his rifle-like left hand to team up with Prum and attack enemies from afar. In the Tournament of Power, he loses when he is forced out of the ring by Tenshinhan.[1]

Name
Harmira's name is likely derived from Harami (ハラミ), commonly known as skirt steak. This cut comes from the diaphragm area of cattle. The character name is a rearrangement of the katakana used to write "harami" with the addition of a vowel elongation to the "ha" syllable.[2]
Performance
Harmira is voiced by Masaya Takatsuka, the voice of the Great Priest. In the Tournament of Power, Takatsuka also gives his voice to Shosa of Universe 4, Chappil of Universe 9, and Jirasen of Universe 10. In the FUNimation dub, Harmira is voiced by Kyle Igneczi in his first credited role for the Dragon Ball franchise.
