"Shenlong, Fly Through Space!! The Time of Namek's Destruction Draws Near" is the ninety-ninth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball Z. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 17 July 1991, receiving a ratings share of 19.5%. It was written by Katsuyuki Sumisawa and directed by Shigeyasu Yamauchi.
Synopsis
Goku and Freeza continue their fight as the planet is destroyed underneath them. As they fight, they must dodge plumes of fire which shoots up from an active volcano below. Meanwhile, as Mr. Popo has successfully gathered all of the dragon balls, God and Kaiō discuss their wish. Kaiō is struck with an idea: if they resurrect all of the dead on Namek killed by Freeza, then the Eldest Namek may also be resurrected. If so, Porunga may be called and still have one wish left. Yamcha and the others accept this, even though it will push back their own resurrections to life. Gohan finally gets Bulma to the spaceship, but the ground is unstable and she wants to leave immediately, even trying to convince Gohan to leave the injured Piccolo on the planet. Gohan convinces her both to keep Piccolo and to wait for his father. Mr. Popo finally assembles all seven balls and calls forth Shenlong to grant their wish.

Tidbits
- This episode introduces (or reintroduces) several rules for Earth's dragon balls:
- You cannot resurrect the same person more than once.
- You can resurrect multiple people at once, so long as you phrase it carefully to be a single category.
- You cannot resurrect anyone killed more than a year ago.
- You cannot resurrect anyone who died of natural causes.
- Including the movies, this is Son Gohan's 100th appearance. He has only be absent in four episodes (31, 52, 55, and the Bardock special) since the beginning of the series.
- This is the first non-flashback appearance of God and the Earth dragon balls since episode 21.
