"The Boss Rabbit's Special Skill" is the ninth episode of the Japanese animated television series Dragon Ball. The episode first aired in Japan on Fuji TV on 23 April 1986, receiving a ratings share of 20.6%. The episode was written by Michiru Shimada and directed by Minoru Okazaki.

Synopsis

Goku and the others visit a stand in order to fill up on gasoline. The townspeople are all frightened of Bulma, who is wearing rabbit ears. They do not understand why, but then some scoundrels calling themselves the Rabbit Gang show up! Their boss, the Carrotizor, has the power to turn anyone who touches his hand into a carrot!! Bulma is turned into a carrot by him. Unable to merely watch, Yamcha rescues Bulma. Goku and the others defeat the Rabbit Gang, and once again set out to search for the Dragon Balls!!

Funimation's 1995 dub was contracted out to BLT Productions in Vancouver, who hired Canadian voice actors typically associated with Ocean Group. Funimation redubbed the series in the early 2000s with their in-house cast.
