The ruler of the Afterlife of Universe 7. The four Kaiō (North, South, East, and West) are all under him in the hierarchy.

A small fighter who has the ability to split himself into several clones. These clones remain around even after the match.

East Kaiō

A powerful fighter from Earth who died a long time ago. Many of that planet's heroic legends were half-remembered stories about Olivu.

Unknown Galaxy

Jinkyo
Japanese VA: None

A fighter that faced off against Paikuhan in the preliminaries and lost his match. He probably came from South Galaxy, but this is unrevealed in the series.[note 1]

Kidomo
Japanese VA: None

A fighter that fought in the preliminary round, but where it is unclear whether the name refers to the green-haired or brown-skinned fighter. If the former, he originated in the East Galaxy.[note 2]
