The latest issue of V-Jump (in addition to breaking some news on Dragon Ball Kai) reveals that a manga adaptation of the 2008 Jump Super Anime Tour Special will be published in the May issue of V-Jump (to be released 21 March 2009):

The adaptation will not be drawn by Akira Toriyama, but instead by newcomer Naho Ooishi (オオイシナホ).
