The newest film for the franchise, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, is set for its first-ever TV broadcast 22 March 2014 at 9:00 p.m. during the “Premium Saturday” block on Fuji TV. The most exciting aspect of the broadcast will definitely be the extra footage that has been animated, including — but not limited to! — more fun with the “idiot trio” of Pilaf, Mai, and Shuu.

Our buddy kei17 has recorded the channel’s commercials — both a 30-second spot and a 15-second spot — promoting the movie’s TV debut next week. The footage showcases a little bit more of Goku up on Kaiō’s planet which was not in the original theatrical version and/or home release:
