Simmons confirmed for us that he will indeed be the one responsible for the subtitle translations on the Japanese side of FUNimation’s upcoming Kai releases. Steve has been responsible for the vast majority of subtitle translations for the Dragon Ball franchise from FUNimation (and plenty of other series) since their personal entry into the DVD market.
