Chi-Chi
Japanese VA: Mayumi Shō (DB & Z 1-66), Naoko Watanabe (Z 88-291, GT, Kai)
The daughter of Gyūmaō, she joins Goku in search of Kame-Sen'nin, who possesses the Bashō Fan. Before Goku leaves her village, Chi-Chi asks him to marry her and Goku agrees, thinking that marriage is some sort of delicious food. The two eventually meet again as participants in the 23rd Tenka'ichi Budōkai, get married, and have two sons.
Gyūmaō
Japanese VA: Daisuke Gōri (DB, Z, GT, Kai 4-18), Ryūzaburō Ōtomo (Kai 55-98)

Oolong
Japanese VA: Naoki Tatsuta
A perverted shape-shifting pig, Oolong terrorizes a small village and abducts their girls. As Oolong fights Goku, it is apparent that he doesn't acquire any special skills from whatever he shape-shifts into, and that he can hold a form for no more than five minutes. It is soon obvious that Oolong is more of a spectator than a helper when it comes to fighting. He is also considered a coward by most, especially Bulma.
Pu'er
Japanese VA: Naoko Watanabe
Pu'er is Yamcha's shape-shifting friend and together they rob anyone that wanders into their desert. Like Oolong, Pu'er has the ability to change his shape into any form. Though unlike Oolong, Pu'er can hold that form an indefinite amount of time.

Shuu (Soba)

Red Ribbon Army

Commander Red
Japanese VA: Kenji Utsumi
The short and temperamental leader of his namesake army, known notoriously as the most evil army in the world. Obsessed with his height, he wanted to use the Dragon Balls to become taller, but was killed by Assistant Black before he got the chance.

Assistant Black
Japanese VA: Masaharu Satō
He is the number two man of the Red Ribbon Army, and is Commander Red's assistant. However, after learning that Red's true ambition wasn't to conquer the world, he kills him. Even after taking control of the Red Ribbon Army, he is still no match for Goku physically and is ultimately killed when Goku punches through the Battle Jacket he was using.
Captain Silver
Japanese VA: Banjō Ginga
An officer of the Red Ribbon Army, he commands an expedition to find one of the Dragon Balls in a remote region. Goku arrives in the area, having used the Dragon Radar, and quickly finds the Dragon Ball. Commander Red can't believe someone like Silver could be defeated by a mere kid, and has him executed.
General White
Japanese VA: Tesshō Genda
The Red Ribbon Army general in charge of Muscle Tower. In order to find the Dragon Ball located somewhere around Jingle Village, he took the village mayor hostage to force the villagers to search for the Dragon Ball. When Goku came to free the mayor, he used a handy trap door to drop him down into Buyon's lair, but Goku managed to defeat the monster. White then threatened to shoot the mayor, and used his Powered Gun to injure Goku. But before he could finish Goku off, No. 8 intervened and sent him flying off into the distance.
Sergeant Metallic
Japanese VA: Shin Aomori
As a powerful robot in the Red Ribbon Army, he is tasked by General White with protecting the third floor of Muscle Tower in Jingle Village. Sergeant Master Murasaki
Japanese VA: Takeshi Aono
Although he is a high-ranking member of the Red Ribbon Army, he is one of the world's most idiotic ninjas. He acts as the second-in-command at Muscle Tower and fights Goku on the tower's third floor, but is quickly outmatched. Even calling in his brothers as reinforcements doesn't help much, so he brings out his secret weapon, Artificial Human No. 8. Unfortunately, No. 8 turns out to be very kindhearted and doesn't listen to his commands. Murasaki then tries to blow No. 8 up for his insubordination, but Goku intervenes and knocks him out for good.
Murasaki's Siblings
Japanese VA: Takeshi Aono
Murasaki is actually one in a set of quintuplets, and he uses his four identical brothers to imitate the fabled ninja skill of splitting into multiple people. Each of his brothers holds a different weapon, but like Murasaki himself, none of them are a match for Goku.
Buyon
Japanese VA: Daisuke Matsubara (video games only)
Buyon is the mysterious monster that lives on the fifth floor of Muscle Tower in Jingle Village. His elastic body makes him virtually immune to any of his victim's attacks. However, Goku realizes his one weakness is the extreme cold, and after freezing him, shatters Buyon into tiny pieces with a single kick.
General Blue
Japanese VA: Toshio Furukawa
Leader of the Blue Corps and a narcissistic homosexual, he is responsible for searching in the vicinity of Kame House for the Dragon Balls. He is eventually defeated by Arale Norimaki after crashing in Penguin Village with Goku. After returning to Red Ribbon Army headquarters, Commander Red has Tao Pai-pai execute him for failing his mission.
Dock
Japanese VA: Kōzō Shioya
A larger member of General Blue's Corps. He is put in charge of the assault on Kame House, but he and his men are quickly defeated by Kame-Sen'nin and Lunch.

A tiger charged with finding the Dragon Ball located in the Karin Holy Land. This puts him on the bad side of the land's guardian, Bora, who kills all of his men. In a last-ditch effort to defeat Bora, Yellow takes his son Upa as a hostage, but Goku happens by at that moment and defeats him with a single punch.
Captain Violet
Japanese VA: Kazuko Sugiyama
A rare female member of the Red Ribbon Army, she has climbed the ranks to Captain. She uses Goku's Dragon Radar to quickly locate one of the Dragon Balls, and reports back to Red. Although she is barely seen in the manga, her role is greatly expanded upon in the anime.
General Copper
A general in the Red Ribbon Army, he was supposed to receive the stolen Dragon Radar after Captain Violet had finished using it to find the Five-Star Ball. Red was about to send Black to deliver the Dragon Radar to Copper, but then Goku attacked the Red Ribbon Headquarters, and so Copper is ultimately never seen.
Brown
An unseen member of the Red Ribbon Army who is presumably leader of the Brown Corps, and is merely mentioned in passing in the manga. When sending out his subordinates, Captain Silver notes that the Brown Corps had already found a Dragon Ball the day before them.
Tao Pai-pai
Japanese VA: Chikao Ōtsuka
The younger brother of Tsuru-Sen'nin, he is known globaly as the world's greatest assassin.
