Episode Synopsis

As they continue their peaceful journey toward Namek, Gohan and Kuririn push themselves in their image training. Meanwhile, Vegeta arrives at Planet Freeza No. 79 and receives medical treatment before finally reviving! He soon runs into Kewi, who informs Vegeta that Freeza is already on Namek looking for the Dragon Balls! Vegeta races off and heads off to Planet Namek. Gohan and the others finally arrive on Planet Namek, but at the same time Vegeta’s spaceship lands…

Episode Notes

• While the original broadcast of this episode featured Kenji Yamamoto’s musical score, the background music in all subsequent re-airings have been replaced by Shunsuke Kikuchi’s original musical score from Dragon Ball Z due to allegations of musical infringement. The credits below reflect those from the original broadcast in which Kenji Yamamoto is credited as the series’ musical composer, although Shunsuke Kikuchi is credited as such in all subsequent re-airings and home video releases featuring his replacement score.
